We cannot afford the topicals. Can anyone recommend a home made solution that really works?
Espom salt infused with eucalyptus oil and activated charcoal, either ground to an extra-fine powder to mix with Assured (brand) body powder – the one with contains baking soda, cornstarch, aloe and chamomile, comes in a pink bottle, you can get this at Dollar Tree – OR – mix with aloe vera and baby oil and slather it onto the skin. You can get the eucalyptus oil-infused epsom salt for like two dollars at Walmart, baby oil and aloe vera should run about a dollar each whichever place you go – the only thing that would be most expensive is the activated charcoal, which, while as planet Earth’s version of the black hole in astrophysics, drawing in foreign toxic debris and adhering it along its ever-expansive surface area (think ten football fields inside just One of those capsules) and thus creating quite a market for its versatility – is recommended but not required; in other words, if you absolutely cannot afford to at this time it won’t be a dealbreaker, but if you can save for it at least occasionally, it’s substantially worth it.
